[arm-allstar] odd node behavior

You where correct it was set to duplex = 1 and should have been duplex =2.
Now the question is why would it change?
i never looked at that as it was set to duplex = 2 years ago when i put it
in.
even set as duplex = 1 it still did not function correctly as with duplex =
1 it should have provided a tone when the receive signal dropped and most
of the time it did however sometimes it did not..
Maybe the sim card is starting to fail?
