[arm-allstar] Hamvoip manual?

I'm guessing there isn't, but I will ask anyway... Is there a manual 
for Hamvoip available?

I'm not that Linux-savvy, and I bought a pre-made Allstar node from 
G7RPG, but I want to learn more about how all this works. 
Specifically, my local club is making noises about adding Echolink or 
IRLP to their analog repeater system. I reacted rather strongly to 
this and suggested they investigate Allstar!

If they go that route, I'd like to be helpful and assist where I can.

So, where should I start learning?
