[arm-allstar] cdm1250 and hamvoip question

So, only the CDM1250 get cycled, fixing the issue? The HamVoIP RPi does
NOT get cycled at the same time?  If this is the scenario, I suspect some
type of intermittant problem in the CDM1250.

Does the CDM1250 still receive when this problem happens? Are any of the 
front panel buttons functional while this problem happens (i.e.: has the 
radio "locked up.")?
