[arm-allstar] iOS Hotspots became flaky since iOS 13 ?

Gerry,
I had the same issue. Go to settings. In settings open personal hotspot am make sue the “ allow others to join”. Slider is on. Important to read the info in the areas. With that turned on I had no problem. You might have to go into pi setup to reset up the WiFi.
