[arm-allstar] Weather Script Updates

I thought I did....
Sometime back when messing with this, I found a zip file you posted
with a "new" script, d/l'd it and unzipped, it might be old and
busted or something.
(is there someplace I can go D/L the latest files individually?)
But I just tried the saytime with my wxundergnd # and that worked
just fine, so I put it in the crontab.
That works fine..
