[arm-allstar] echolink nodes to callsigns

Hi:

I'm reasonably sure that I saw, at one point, a script like 
write-node-callsigns, but for echolink nodes. Does this actually exist, 
or am I incorrectly remembering things?

I've tried using eannmode=2, but all I get is "connected" and 
"disconnected" when an echolink station connects or drops.
