[arm-allstar] AllStarLink server upgrades in progress

Hi Nate and Everyone,

NO, do not make any changes!

The AllStarLink, Inc., corporate group is changing and upgrading their
internal infrastructure. From what I'm seeing, the upgrade has gone quite
well, thus far. Their new stats server remains off-line this morning.

The pttlink.org instructions are from some disgruntled persons who are
spreading disinformation.

So, please ignore these bogus instructions!

Also, I know many HamVoIP and ASL users have stuffed IP addresses (rather
than URLs) into their systems for various reasons. As of this morning,
the new allstarlink.org IP address is: 34.105.111.212

If you're directly using the IP address for ASL registrations, etc., you
need to update the address used!! Again, as of right now, the new address
is: 34.105.111.212

If you are running HamVoIP, all dual-registered nodes shouldn't see any
major connectivity disruptions.

Please remain patient.

Happy Holidays!
