[arm-allstar] SSH quits working

Hi Bruce,
See this message for the most recent HamVoIP release. This code has been
beta-test, but there are hundreds of users running this release now and no
reported issues that I've heard. See:

I'll go ahead and update the HamVoIP website soon, providing links to this
