[arm-allstar] Updated Raspberry Pi4B for version 1.4 boards

Hi Everyone,

I've got update firmware images which now work with all current RPi4B 
boards I've tried. This includes version 1.4 boards and 8GB models.

Since this new firmware isn't thoroughly tested, please consider it 
beta-test quality.  If problems are found, I'll push out updates via the 
standard pacman update method (admin menu option #1).


For Linux users, here is an xzipped archive file:

Use the standard installation instructions to write the image file to an 
SD card. Here is a link to these instructions. Note that the image 
filename is different from the filename in the instructions:
