[arm-allstar] tapping Openspot 1 to Hamvoip

I have the openspot 1 that I can use to connect to DMD, Dstar, etc. Is
there a way to use it as an engine as I've reached a stalemate in trying to
get DV switch talking to DMR. It's more understanding setting it.
