[arm-allstar] Intermittent kerchunking problem

I would look to see if you keep re-registering/registration failure. When this occurs it kurchunks the system. If you remove allstarlink.org registration line, and only leave hamvoip registration line, it does not do this.

Thisparticular system will occasionally begin intermittently keying up.Frequency of key ups is random, but often. About one keyup every second ortwo. Here's the kicker: if I reboot the pi or restart asterisk it stopsthis behavior cold. If I reboot the repeater hardware it does not stop. Idon't know what the initiator of this issue is, I think it might be when Iconnect with certain hubs, but I do not know this for sure.
