[arm-allstar] Telemdefault value

I’m familiar with the stock values of telemdefault.  However, is there another value that can be set to announce any local only telemetry instead of everything system wide or muting after 1-2 mins?  If I get a connection from a authorized node or IAX client, I’d like to know they’re connected without having to watch Supermon.  I’ve seen some similar questions posed and wonder if I missed something.
