[arm-allstar] Node Registration

Howdy,

I had built a AllStar node for a friend with hamvoip software. got it  
all setup and working just fine. However. his node seems to only  
connect to my Hub and my other nodes. But he can not connect to anyone  
else. Looking into the I seen that for some reason Allstar was showing  
the wrong IP address for him. it was some ip address from the UK. even  
though the regisation info in IAX was correct. I got that straigthen  
out. But he still cannot connect to anyone else. Never ran into this  
problem before. I'm thinking it might be his internet connecction  
since he is on a satellite internet connection and rather slow at times.

I am wondering how we can get his node register with Hamvoip to see if  
that will help him get connected to other nodes.
