To answer your question regarding being triple NATed.. Using any program that requires configuring and using UDP/TCP port forwarding is a problem, as they don;t forward beyond each "hop". My solution is to find a location that is not NATED and you can use Port forwarding.. Then install a RPI2-3-4 at that location and use TEAM VIEWER to dial into it. Then use your HamVIOP behind the Triple NAT to connect to that RPI 2-3-4 for communications and go from there.
