[arm-allstar] Supermon update

When you update supermon you must refresh your browser! Just having it open
is not going to do it. The same is true for howto PDF updates, you must
refresh your browser! Otherwise you will be looking at a previously cached
version.  Also the Supermon refresh_delay in global.inc determines refresh
times if you set it up.

This update was put out last night very late so make sure you actually have
the update. If you execute item 1 on the menu it will say "nothing to do"
if  you are up to date.
