[arm-allstar] Line length in RPT file

How long can a line be in the RPT file before its not used or truncated by
the server?

I challenged my club to create new tail-messages and they did, lots of
them.... I currently have 228 characters in the tail-message line. I was
wondering how long is to long?

I know I can just call one file name and replace the file each time....but
this was fast and easy. The other way I have to write and call a script to
swap files between each tail message.
