[arm-allstar] Backing up files on bad SD Card

Mike,
Well you only need to make backups if something significantly changes in
your file. The updates from Hamvoip you can always get. Also if you either
keep that card as is or you read it to a file on the computer before
rewriting it you can always go back and get something you forgot.
