[arm-allstar] Dummies Guide for SIP phone connection to AllStar Node

Hi Doug,

Thanks for the clarification.

My SIP phone is standalone, I do not have a Asterisk server at home 
(although it is something I did have in the past when I was part of a 
city wide community WiFi network).

I have Cisco SPA504G on my shack desk that has Hamshack Hotline on line 
1 and a SIP account provided by my ISP on line 2.

I'm not sure on the exact way to set up AllStar to accept a connection 
from my Cisco phone.
