[arm-allstar] Streaming via Named Pipe Tee

I have this function configured and it has worked well so far.  I have
found that my node had a power event and I reset it with positive results
and one exception.

My stream is no longer working.

Is there a way I can stop then start (ore restart) the process?   I am
green in ArchLinux so sorry if this is simple.  So far I did try killall -9
ezstream and killall -9 lame but its still not reconnect back to my IceCast
server.
