[arm-allstar] Node connection failed

I have two nodes on the same RPi. One is a local node, one is an AllStar 
node. I can't connect the nodes together... I get the error "Connection 
failed". I have the nodes defined in the nodes stanza:
1997 = radio at 127.0.0.1:4569/1997,NONE
50191 = radio at 127.0.0.1:4569/50191,NONE

The local node lookup is set to local and the public node is set to dns.

What am I doing wrong?
