If this is the case, be aware that there are two receive audio pins and
two COS pins on the TS-2000 ACC2 connector. One pair are for the main RX
(audio pin 3, COS pin 5) and comes from the HF portion of the radio.  The
second pair are for the sub RX (audio pin 1, COS pin 7), which is VHF/UHF
audio.  Make sure the correct TS-2000 RX audio pins are wired to the URi.

Also, the ACC2 audio levels are adjusted via the radio's menu system.
Check the options under menu 50.

BTW, the TS-2000 works fine with AllStar, I've used one.  Also, I guess
you are getting a COS telemetry signal from the TS-2000, when it's
receiving? You can check this in the simpleusb-tune-menu program, option V
(letter Vee), which shows real-time telemetry signaling.
