[arm-allstar] Not showing up on stats.allstarlink.org aftr Extending a Node

Thanks David.

In researching it and other things to setup on the new Pi (weather, 
etc), I realized I had only 1 "server" listed on Allstar, the 
original Pi @ my UHF machine.
So on Allstar I added a server and moved the VHF node over to it (as 
it actually is). And I set port 4568 for the second one (original is 
on 4569, and I added port forwarding for 4568 in the router).
Maybe that was confusing it? Ill allow the site time to propagate/get updated

Eventually, once the new VHF is completely setup, Ill move it out in 
the same cabinet and then work to getting both nodes on this new Pi 
(old =Pi2, New=Pi3).
