[arm-allstar] Node not reporting to stats.allstarlink.org

Hi Stephen,

The send_node_stats.sh script is part of the hamvoip-dnsreg package. I 
just confirmed that it is included in 1.6.1 firmware.

See the path: /etc/asterisk/local/send_node_stats.sh

If the file isn't there, reinstall the hamvoip-dnsreg package:

pacman -Sy hamvoip-dnsreg
