[arm-allstar] Node not reporting to stats.allstarlink.org

Hello,
   I recently built up a new node for testing purposes and notice my node
was not listed at stats.allstarink.org. I started troubleshooting, and
noticed this in the default rpt.conf file:

; Uncomment the following two statpost lines to report the
; status of your node to stats.allstarlink.org

;statpost_program=/etc/asterisk/local/send_node_stats.sh
;statpost_url=none

This is different than what has been used in the past on other nodes, and
trying to locate the send_node_stats.sh script yielded no results.

I can easily fix this, but I wonder if I've missed something? Ill also note
I edit my files by hand and do not use the setup scripts.
