They are actually running a VoIP hurricane net and the listen only node is
27976.
The net has shut down for the night, but will resume again at 08:00 am eastern
time.

I'm confused. I thought you were trying to monitor HF frequencies. Are some HF
frequencies being "piped out" onto the Allstar network via an Allstar or
Echolink node?
