[arm-allstar] Zero length pacman.log immediately after update

	Did something change with /var/log/pacman.log ?

	I normally capture (and save) the contents of that file after running 
the option#1 admin update on any of my Hamvoip nodes so that I have a 
history of each nodes etc.

	Today I updated one node which had not been updated in quite some time. 
It ran to completion with lots of normal looking screen messages. Now 
shows as version 1.6-04 ... but then I found that my pacman.log was 
dated today however was ZERO length.

	I keep close tabs on the mailing list but have not seen anything 
mentioned about this, other than a possible change to a trigger level 
for reporting from one other subsystem.

	Did I miss something?
