[arm-allstar] Voice announcement

Carlos,

The individual sound files used are in the /var/lib/asterisk/sounds folder
and subfolders. You can replace these with any other sounds, as desired.

To listen to an individual file, try a command like this, where 1234 is 
your node number:

asterisk -rx 'rpt localplay 1234 hello-world'
