Also make sure you "enable" IRLP in the allstar.env file.
Then reboot.

Look in the /etc/asterisk/modules file and make sure chan_irlp.so is set to
be loaded. In the base configuration, it's disabled.

For example, change:


noload=chan_irlp.so


...to:

;noload=chan_irlp.so


...By just commenting out the noload statement, chan_irlp.so will now be
automatically loaded. After changing this, restart asterisk or reboot.
