[arm-allstar] Echolink & supermon access down

Well.. this is a new one.. everything was working on the two repeater nodes
I manage last night before I went to bed. Woke up today, Echolink is off on
one but Allstar is still up, and Supermon is giving me a 403 error.. the
other node is offline but I think I know what may have caused that. But the
first node has me baffled.. my personal simplex node has no problems. Any
idea why this may have happened? I’m going out to reset it and see what
happens.. can’t even access it from another PC on the network. All are on
latest package update.
