Simply install the keys.  You no longer need your custom_decode from your
old system, because now you use functions in your AllStar rpt.conf file!

Howdy all

I am installing my irlp node on my allstar node. I got to the install note
of installation of the pgp keys. Question is do I do a reinstall from my
backup of the irlp node to get all my custom_decode and pgp keys? OR do I
simply copy and install the keys only where they need to be on the allstar
node?
