[arm-allstar] DDNS client on Pi running Hamvoip

Also remember if you have Allstar running somewhere and registering you can
always use Hamvoip at your location to find the address using dns-query
<node#> There is also a script that will automatically connect you to any
registered node's ssh if it is available -

allstar_ssh.sh <node> [port]

The port defaults to 222. This is more reliable if the remote node is
registered with Hamvoip.
