[arm-allstar] sip phone disconnect

I've never tried connecting SIP to a private node. I do have it 
configured for two public nodes, and that works fine in both cases. I 
prefer to use other softphones on iOS over Zoiper, and also use MicroSIP 
on Windows and Blink on Mac, mostly just to monitor the node.

The disconnect after 30 seconds thing is generally a NAT traversal 
problem with SIP, at least in my experience. Are you on the same 
subnet/network as your node?
