[arm-allstar] Hamvoip node reports node numbers instead of callsigns via echolink

I manage a hamvoip node that is doubling as an echolink interface for a local repeater. It appears that when users connect via echolink, node numbers are displayed and not callsigns. I was asked if this can be changed some how. I know when I managed a windows machine running echolink, the callsigns were displayed. My understanding is that this occurs in the echolink software and also the android app. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If this is something that cannot be changed, that is acceptable as well. 

An example: Another link connected via echolink. Unfortunately the operators on the other end were cursing up a storm and trying the repeater up. The only info I was given was the node number. I had to cross the node number to the callsign, then block that user withing my echolink.conf file. 

Another example: During the weekly net, it would be nice to see who is connected to the node. They don't currently want the connecting node announced locally.
