[arm-allstar] audio on the cdm1250

I'm using a Radius SM50, which supposedly is set to flat audio. However, 
I get the best result with de-emphasis enabled, and pre-emphasis 
disabled, for what that's worth.

I need to check the port settings again to make sure it's really set to 
flat.
