I'm sure I repeating the obvious, but for those new to RF: it is best
practice to be sure to *always* use the minimum xmit power setting
necessary for your current application.
In this case, if you're using an HT to talk to your Allstar node,
always be certain that your HT is set to its lowest possible power
setting (1W or less) to avoid affecting others who might also be using
(sharing) that simplex freq and to cut down on RF generated issues in
other devices. (Also: don't use TSQL on RX in your HT for this - you
*want* to hear others who might be attempting to share that same freq).
