[arm-allstar] Arizona time with latest update

Rob,

I don't know. Nothing related to time/date or timezones has changed in any 
recent updates.  You can confirm the time/timezone settings on your node 
by going to a bash prompt and running the timedatectl command, like:


[root at RPi4B-dev ~]# timedatectl 
      Local time: Sat 2019-11-09 13:44:59 EST
  Universal time: Sat 2019-11-09 18:44:59 UTC
        RTC time: n/a
       Time zone: America/New_York (EST, -0500)
 Network time on: yes
NTP synchronized: yes
 RTC in local TZ: no


This is what I have set, I'm on the East Coast.
