[arm-allstar] using rpt cmd playback

Hi:

I have scheduled voice announcements for a net on my hub using:

asterisk -rx "rpt cmd <node> playback <soundfile>

As I understand it, this is supposed to play to all connected nodes, but 
this doesn't seem to be the case.

It does play out to the USRP driver, to which DVSwitch is connected, 
thus the announcements are heard on DMR, but not to other connected 
Allstar nodes.

What am I missing?
