You'll need to set up a VPN to connect to. That's how I've got one
repeater, as well as my mobile node set up. Cellular providers do not give
a direct connection to a client, since there are literally millions of
users on their network. I recommend Skysilk and creating your own OpenVPN
server on Ubuntu, instead of the pre-generated OpenVPN server
configuration. Skysilk is relatively cheap, just need to ask them to enable
TUN/TAP and the rest can be done by you pretty easily.
