[arm-allstar] Install Midnight Commander on RPi HamVoip

when i had my Irlp nodes i installed Norton Commander and i think it is a cousin of MC and i loved it .it's a DOS environnement window.
If i could install it here on my node without braking anything but i dont know,,
i am not an expert on Linux so it runs on Auto-pilot   :-)

Been using it for years with Linux. Should be nothing new for most users.
