Guys I need to know if this is possible...

Remote base node on 1999, 900 repeater on 28599

Can I use speaktext.sh on 1999 to play a voice message on 28599?

As in grab remote base freq, play the freq on the repeater? Both are on 
different computers.

1999 is HamVOIP and 28599 is an older LimeyLinux distro

Tried google and that led nowhere
