[arm-allstar] two nodes on one lan

I have trying to get two allstar nodes on my local lan to connect from inside and outside. I looked that the docs on the hamvvoip web site and follow the directions but I am still unable to connect inside or outside the network.
Configurations server : 29719 port 4580 local ip address is 192.168.1.178 - second node 29734
In RPT.CONF
29719 = radio at 127.0.0.1/29719,NONE<mailto:radio at 127.0.0.1/29719,NONE>
29989 = radio at 192.168.1.110:4572/29989,NONE<mailto:radio at 192.168.1.110:4572/29989,NONE>
Connection log :
Fri Mar 22 10:13:26 CDT 2019 == 29719 Disconnected AllStar 29989 =v= N5UXT Rover rover (70.186.120.167/4572)

Second node server 29989 port 4572 address is 192.168.1.110 - no additional nodes as of now.

Any help would be appreciated.
