[arm-allstar] Auto-congesting call due to slow response, then connection failed

Marty,
If you're running the HamVoIP software release, go to an Asterisk CLI
prompt (admin menu option #11). Then, try a lookup on the nodes, like:
kb4fxc-portable*CLI> rpt lookup 28523
Node: 41331, Method: DNS, Actual: DNS, Data: radio at 67.191.167.179:4569/28523,67.191.167.179
kb4fxc-portable*CLI> rpt lookup 29103
Node: 41331, Method: DNS, Actual: DNS, Data: radio at 141.155.178.10:4569/29103,141.155.178.10
....Assuming that the IP address and port data looks correct from your
28523 node, confirm that it looks okay on 29103 as well. If it does, the
problem is likely NAT related on the 20103 end....Do any messages show up
on the 29103 Asterisk console when you try to connect?
