[arm-allstar] Supermon Node Information

Roger,

 You are certainly welcome to do it any way you want but the setup script
does it very well and there is no need to first come up as a private node.
Also keep in mind that you can always run the setup AFTER checking things
out as a private node. Just run firsttime.sh  This does overwrite the
config files so don't do any configuration until you have set it up as the
public node. Doing things manually is fine as long a you follow the
instructions but I find people often forget things and don't know how to
fix it..
