[arm-allstar] link radios for an allstar node

With the suggestion of Doug and the loss of 2 Maxtrax radios I got the 440
version of Alinco.  Best thing I ever did.  I'm using a fan with the radio
on 10 watts and it just keeps on playing 24/7/365.  I spoke to Alinco sales
at Dayton 2 years ago and told them how great there radio works.  I was
re-assured that the radios go thru extensive testing before leaving the
factory and if run on low power that a fan was a great but not necessary.
This radio is a simple interface thanks to the db9 on the rear panel.
