[arm-allstar] link radios for an allstar node

Jed,
It is not clear from your message what you are wanting to do. Are you
wanting to connect TO an existing repeater via RF from a node radio located
at the site or remotely? OR are you looking for a radio to use as the
actual repeater controlled by Allstar? OR are you wanting to connect
Allstar to an existing repeater controller at a repeater?
