[arm-allstar] Bubble chart

Greetings,
I am having an issue trying to display the bubble chart.  I have rebooted my node.  I am connected to another local node here in Redmond, OR.  That particular node is connected to 2462.  However, when I click on the bubble chart button, the chart displays the message one normally sees when no nodes are connected.
Any thoughts as to what might be causing this?
