[arm-allstar] Reboot after few minutes

5V is one thing, sufficient amperage is another ... we need both, as 
it's a very common electrical problem. Usually >2.1A on an RPi is 
sufficient, unless greater current is needed for USB devices in which 
case a powered USB hub comes in useful.
