You've successfully created a server, but you haven't yet requested a 
new node number.

Under the "Portal" button select "Node Settings" and then click the link 
"Request a new node number".

Under that page, select the server (VE2RWO) and click the "Submit" button.

This can be done as many times as necessary to request the number of 
nodes you desire.
