[arm-allstar] Supermon

Actually I have my home public IP and another location outside my LAN IP.
I did not realize that the only way to display IRLP was when you were
running an AllStar server with IRLP on the  same  server.  That might be my
next idea in the near future?    Thanks for all your support to the amateur
radio community.
