[arm-allstar] Pi3B vs Pi2B temperatures

Sam,

You mentioned being in plastic enclosures. Does it have any ventilation? I
use small fans on all my nodes with heatsinks. I modified cases to mount
the fans. You do not have to move much air to reduce the temperature.
Running a 12V fan on 9V or using a series resistor reduces the speed and
extends fan life. This is also highly dependent on ambient temperature and
CPU usage. All of my Pi's are in a fairly constant 72F environment. I am
typically in the 40-50C green range on all of them and several run in turbo
mode.
